All SILT VICE pieces are made-to-order to ensure quality and reduce waste.
- Production Time: Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be handcrafted before shipping.
- All pieces are produced in limited quantities. No restock will be made once sold out.
- Orders are confirmed immediately upon payment and cannot be modified or canceled.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from LDN, UK currently
Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times (After production):
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- UK: 1-3 business days
- USA: 5-10 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 7-12 business days (Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore)
SHIPPING FEES & TAXES
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Free shipping applies to orders over £200.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Due to the limited nature of each drop,
all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted
except in cases of verified damage or defect.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs, including any duties or fees,
are fully the responsibility of the customer.
